Chantelle Houghton - Ultimo opening pics!

Does anyone know/remember this girl? I do Chantelle went into the UK celebrity big brother a couple of years back as just a normal person. She had to fool the other celebritys in the house that she was infact a celebrity. In the end she went on to win the show. Chantelle also went on to marry Preston from the ordinary boys but they are now divorced. Anyway here a few pics of Chantelle with her new 32DD boob job.
